(“ 4L Games,” “ we,” or “ us”), that is made available to you via the Fracter mobile application (the “ App”), for which we provide further information on the website (the “ Site,” collectively, with the App, the “ Service”). Fracter is a puzzle adventure game created by 4L Games Ltd.
